Our journey this time,we are going to the village
of Bedugul, we can start our journey at 09.00am after breakfast. this time in our journey, the places we would be arriving and visit are:
1.TAMAN AYUN TEMPLE ( ROYAL TEMPLE)
Taman Ayun is literally translated as a beautiful garden and is regarded as one of the most interesting temples in Bali.
Built in 1634 by the King of Mengwi, I Gusti Agung Putu. This temple is bordered by a wide river that irrigates the rice fields around the site. This temple is dedicated to the ancestral kingdom of Mengwi and other important gods. Taman Ayun Temple is considered a “Temple Center” for the Kingdom of Mengwi. for women who are menstruating, it is not valid to enter this region.
2. BRATAN LAKE – BEDUGUL
The name of Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is taken from the lake where the temple is built at Beratan lake. The name of Beratan Lake is inseparable with the Beratan Mount as Deity and Goddess as fertility source, prosperity to keep the prosperity in life and society life.
In papyrus chronicle of the Mengwi, this temple is referred as the name of Parhyangan ri pinggiring danu Beratan (sanctum located in lakeside of Beratan Lake ). Ulun is come from Hulu word meaning head or power and in this case is intended by Ulun Danu Beratan means power of Beratan Lake that is Danu Goddess.
3. HANDARA GATE
Handara Gate is currently one of the favorite destinations when you are in the Bedugul Bali area.
Handara Gate is one of the most Instagrammed spots on the island. It’s a must-visit place among tourists and a photography lover. Handara Gate is actually the entrance to a golf resort. The traditional Hindu gate symbolizes the entrance from the outer world to the temple, this case, the golf course, and plays an important role in Indonesian culture, particularly in Bali.
4. CANDI KUNING TRADITIONAL MARKET
Candi Kuning is the most Northern village in the district Baturiti, Tabanan regency, Bali.
In the Yellow Temple is famous for puranya Ulun Danu. This temple is Pura Subak is disungsung by farmers, because the lake Beratan is a source of irrigation water for rice farmers. The cool weather in the area you are presented enchanting beauty Ulun Danu Beratan side by side with and enjoy craft products and cultural output Tabanan agrarian society. in this area you will be accompanied by various types of fruits that are very interesting to try
5. ALAS KEDAOTON MONKEY TEMPLE
Alas Kedaton is a small forest with the width about 6-7ha located in the middle of the rice field in Tabanan regency, west part of Bali. The total size of this forest, temple and its supporter facility is about 12 ha. In this forest, there is a temple called Alas Kedaton Temple and owns the natural environments that is looked green with its fresh air and create the calm, quite and holy atmosphere. The monkeys in Alas Kedaton are very tame and free gallivanting in temple yard, so that the calm atmosphere is sometime solved by noise voice of the monkey, which are playing around and scrambling of food.
6. TANAH LOT BALI TEMPLE
Tanah lot comes from the land that is in the sea. This title is very fitting with a view of land lots. at the top of the rock there is a temple that is a favorite spot to enjoy a beautiful sunset bali. Tanah Lot itself has an interesting history to explore. it is said in the past there was a nobleman named Hyang Dwi Jendra king and he is highly respected residents. he became a spiritual teacher who teaches about prosperity and many of the problems that occur in the lives of everyday people.
“Tanah Lot” is a tourist attraction in Bali, Indonesia. Here there are two temples are situated on top of a large rock. One is located above the boulder and the other located on a cliff similar to the Uluwatu Temple. Pura Tanah Lot temple is part of Dang Goda. Pura Tanah Lot sea temple is a place of worship the gods guard the sea.
